Fee Schedule

The Jeter Law Firm, PLLC uses a flat-fee structure for most services. This benefits clients, because they know the general cost prior to legal services beginning. The fees shown on the Fee Schedule below are starting prices, and may not inlcude the costs associated with additional filing fees, or other legal fees. Every client has different needs, therefore, actual fees may be higher than shown below.

This package includes a two and a half-hour consultation, review of applicable estate documents, and summary report for those who have been named executor of an estate. During the session, legal counsel will be provided on how to properly handle duties as an executor for a particular estate, and tools will be provided for the Executor to refer back to during the probate administration process.
